Les joined PCM to utilise his wide ranging skills which include accounting, law, property acquisition, management and finance to enable clients to strategically add value and improve their property asset management.

He has experience in the areas of property investment, leasing, asset management and general management. Les has undertaken property financial analysis, strategic planning, lease & rent review negotiations, asset planning, budgeting and property due diligence analysis.

Les has a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Bachelor of Science degree, Diploma in Law, and was admitted to the ACT Supreme Court in 2003. Les was Director, Power Property Syndicates Pty Ltd, being responsible for research and financial analysis of commercial property with the view to purchasing carefully selected assets and strategically adding value to increase investment return.
