Since joining PCM as a cadet quantity surveyor in December 2000 James developed quickly into a senior quantity surveyor whilst working on some of the ACT’s most significant projects.
In January 2006 James moved to Melbourne to head up PCM’s Victorian office and has since developed relationships with organisations such as Queensland Investment Corporation (80 Collins Street Refurbishment, Ringwood Market), Century Funds Management (Spring Street Development), Citywide Service Solutions (North Melboune Office refurbishment and Aggregate Storage System) and AMP Shopping Centres (Knox City Shopping Centre) whilst continuing to provide support to the Canberra office cost planning team.
