PCM is an independent professional services firm with offices in Canberra and Melbourne specialising in the property industry. It is owned and operated by three directors:

PCM was established in 1978 in Canberra and since it's inception it has been a closely knit firm which has enabled it to provide a high quality service with a high degree of director input. Our aim is not to be the largest consulting firm in our field, but the best.

We believe that our ability to address the specifics of a client brief through our rigorous, client focused approach stands up to the toughest of examinations. Our sole interest and focus is the informed, professional and independent advice and services we provide to our clients.
